There will be a new property installed to IRMA-system. That property prevents the entry to the classes H21 and D21 in the World Ranking Event (WRE) when the orienteerer to be entered does not have recorded a IOF-ID number to his/her own information. IOF-ID number is got by registering itself to the IOF Eventor system.
